At RuciNova, we want you to know exactly where you stand before you buy. Here are our return terms in plain words.

30-Day Returns on Unopened Bottles
Unopened bottles can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Opened bottles can't be refunded. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Bundles
If you bought a bundle, you can return any unopened bottles within 30 days of delivery. We refund each one at your bundle's per-bottle price: $26.66 per bottle from the 3-bottle bundle, or $24.00 per bottle from the 5-bottle bundle. Return every bottle unopened and you get back exactly what you paid.

How to Start a Return
Contact us through our Contact Us page and include your Order Number, or the name and email you used at checkout. Our team will walk you through the process. No phone calls required.

No Subscriptions
Every order is a one-time purchase. We will never enroll you in a subscription or charge you again without a new order from you.

Cancellation Policy
Requests must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After this window, orders may be in processing and cannot be changed. Approved cancellations will be refunded within 7 business days.

Damaged Items
Products are considered damaged if defective or physically broken. Minor packaging imperfections that do not affect product performance are not considered damage.
